The Techstone system is designed to make it easy to create realistic boulders and stone faces and walls for water features, such as pools, waterfalls, artificial streams, etc.
The Techstone system comprises everything you need to create realistic synthetic stone water features:
- Filler Mix: A lightweight, high strength polymer modified mix used to build the bulk of the structure. Provides excellent insulation properties in waterfall/spa construction. Easy to use and shape.
- Top Coat:
A specially formulated polymer modified grout mix used to coat over the filler mix. Provides easy workability and high strength. Ensures water tight integrity for all pond and water feature structures.
- Texture Coat: A high portland cement content grout mix designed to be polymer modified. Provides excellent adhesion and high compression strength for durability.
- Stone Strength Resin: An admixture acrylic modifier used to greatly increase strength and adhesion when used with Filler, Topcoat and Texture Mix.
- Thermoplastic Sealer: An acrylic sealer carried in a solvent base. Provides sealing properties and UV protection.
- Colorant: Silicon and acrylic stain formulated to replicate the natural color of stone. Comes in 11 Colors.
- Accelerant: Speeds up drying time for fast building.
- Pond Seal: Provides a hydrophobic barrier when installed over the concrete bottom and sides of pond.
- Stone Stain: A penetrating liquid stain that produces unique color effects to the stone surface. Comes in 4 Colors.

The Eurostone System comprises a wide variety of quality products:
Eurostone Base Mix
Description: A high strength polymer modified grout mix used to base or skim coat over existing concrete, Kool-deck, or masonry surfaces. The base mix has a self-leveling quality that limits trowel marks on the surface.
Use: Intended use of ES Base Mix is for skim coating of clean, sound concrete surfaces in order to achieve the desired grout line color for patterned Eurostone surfaces. 
Base mix should be used to level Kool-deck or exposed aggregate surfaces prior to resurfacing with either Texturestone or Eurostone. Uneven or spawled surfaces can be repaired with Base Mix prior to the skim coat.
Mix: ES Base Mix should be mixed with 2 quarts of Stonestrength Resin and 4 quarts of water per 50 lb. Bag. In hot climate conditions it is a good idea to chill the water with ice prior to use.
Eurostone liquid colorant can be added to the Base Mix to achieve the desired color for grout lines.
Eurostone Texture
Description: A high strength polymer modified grout mix designed for replicating stone textures over existing concrete, Kool-deck, or masonry surfaces. ES Texture is chemically designed to address the many challenges of replicating natural stone textures.
Use: Intended use of ES Texture is for trowelled, patterned concrete overlayment, or Texturestone sprayed knockdown procedures over existing concrete, or surfaces leveled with ES Base Mix.
Mix: ES Texture should be mixed with 2 quarts of Stonestrength Resin and 3-4 quarts of water.
Variations in temperature, humidity and altitude will dictate the amount of water used. Consistency can be adjusted depending on the texture desired. ES liquid colorant can be added to achieve the desired color.
ES Stonestrength Resin
Description: A polymer resin to increase cohesion and strengthen concrete/ masonry products.
Stonestrength is specifically formulated for the long pot life, rapid cure time, and extreme durability required for decorative concrete surfacing.
Use: Dilute 2 parts water to 1 part Stonestrength for most uses.
Mix: 5 gal pail mixes to ten bags of Eurostone grout Euroclear
Euroclear
Description: A crystal clear, non yellowing, premium quality thermoplastic sealer used to seal cured concrete surfaces. Euroclear is UV resistant and is perfectly suited for decorative concrete overlayment, stamped concrete, exposed aggragate, or any other surface where penetration and wear resistance is important.
Use: Euroclear is designed to be used non-diluted. It can be rolled or sprayed on the intended surface. Apply as thin as possible for best results. Available in solvent, solvent High Solids, or water-based formulation.
Euroguard Impregnator
Description: A premium quality, penetrating siloxane-based sealer that provides excellent stain resistance while maintaining a ZERO GLOSS look.
Use: Excellent for sealing concrete, masonary, stone, or tile surfaces wear an unsealed look is desired.
Eurostain
Description: A premium quality Acrylic-Silicone Sealer designed to resist ultra-violet Rays, mildew, salt air and abrasion.
Use: Apply in two coats over Kool-deck, concrete, Texturestone or masonry surfaces. 1st coat should be thinned 20% with Xylene or Tolulene. 2nd Coat is applied straight. Eurostain is a pigmented sealer and does not require additional protection in most applications.
Stonestain
Description: Available in either water or acid based formulations, Stonestain is a penetrating liquid that reacts with concrete or masonry surfaces to produce weathered, variegated and antiqued finishes in a variety of colors.
Use: Apply a thin film of Stonestain to entire area where stain is desired over concrete, Eurostone or Techstone products. Allow a minimum reaction time then neutralize with water. (This is not necessary on Techstone or Eurostone products when using WB Stonestain) Apply a protective sealer when surface is dry.
Euro Accent
Description: A pigmented polymer modified cementatious coloring system formulated to achieve authentic replications of natural colors seen in rock and stone while maintaining the abrasion resistance required in heavy traffic areas.
Use: Apply with resin mix dampened sponge to Eurostone or Techstone Texture coats. Overlaying two or more colors gives the most authentic look.
Eurostone Colorant
Description: A highly concentrated, alkali free, liquid dispersion pigmentation system formulated specifically to integrally color Eurostone and Techstone grout mixes. Eurostone Colorant is available in a myriad of standard colors. (Custom colors available)
Use: Mix desired amount of color with grout and resin/ water mix before application. To accent Eurostone, dilute colorant with water and sponge into individual stones to darken.
